Customer found us on Home Advisor and requested an estimate to replace their Masonite siding with vinyl siding, wrap their wood fascia with aluminum trim-coil, install vinyl soffit, replace the front handrails, replacing all of the gutters with seamless 5″ gutters, install a new front door, replace the pediments over the windows on the front of the home and to replace all of their wood windows with vinyl windows.
• We came in as the best bidder (beating their next best quote by over $20,000.00)
• Customer ordered “Estate” vinyl siding, by Royal & Softlite Barrington vinyl windows
• We began the project by replacing the old wood windows and wrapping all of the window trim with aluminum trimcoil to give the home a maintenance free finish. We then removed all of the rotten siding pieces and patched them in with OSB plywood and then installed “fan-fold insulation” over the top of the Masonite siding to ensure that the vinyl siding didn’t have any waves in it. We then installed all of the Royal Estate vinyl siding, wrapped the fascia with aluminum trim coil, installed the vinyl soffit, installed a new front door, replaced the pediments with pvc material (to ensure it never rotted again) and finished off with replacing the front door and the front handrails.
