  • Be the Bridge: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring the client feels heard from the initial inspection to the final walkthrough.
  • Consult, Don’t Push: Use your expertise to identify needs and offer solutions that actually solve homeowner problems.
  • Own Your Territory: Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing leads through high-touch, professional networking.
  • Master the Tech: Use our CRM to ensure no lead is left behind and every promise is documented and kept.
